所以我才認為怎會48歲?
賴索托以前跟台灣有邦交,台灣派好多農耕隊去那裏協助.
當時有些小孩聽說是台賴混血(笑)~~
我常和Zac聊天，後來也有問他說當地人對台灣的觀感。
ReplyDelete他後來就跟我說，其實當地人不太清楚這些都長得一樣的人是從中國、日本、菲律賓還是世界上的哪個地方來的，像目前是中國和賴索托建交，但對當地人來說，他們並沒有感覺有什麼不同。
當下覺得很難過......金錢外交真的就是拿熱臉去貼冷屁屁，而且掏錢的不一定是老大，台灣對邦交國拿大筆資金換不穩定外交關係，對強權大國拿大筆資金換軍事上的自我感覺良好。
